We kindly ask all submissions are sent in 6 weeks prior to your event.
A submission does not guarantee approval or reserved space without a confirmation
email from Panera. All space is reserved on a first-come, first-serve
basis pending our approval. Panera reserves the right to cancel any event
at any given time. Some restrictions and minimum orders may apply.

Donation Request Requirements
Panera Bread appreciates the opportunity
to participate in your efforts to enhance the quality of life in
our communities.
The following requirements must be met in requesting a donation
from Panera Bread:
• Organizations must submit a written request through the
online form found on this website. Due
to the volume of donation requests that we receive, we can only
accept requests through this online form.
• Requests must be made a minimum of six (6) weeks in advance
of the event.
• The organization must be within the ‘trade area’
of our bakery-cafe’s list on
www.panera-nj.com.
Unfortunately, we are not able to donate in the following
situations:
• Individual’s efforts to raise funds by participating
in a non-profit event (run, bike race, etc.).
• Events sponsored by a competitor
• Events where our product will be re-sold
Terms & Conditions
• Panera Bread of Northern and Central New Jersey will reply
to all donation requests in writing.
• If Panera Bread of Northern and Central New Jersey is not
able to fulfill your request: you will receive an email
to that effect within 4 weeks of receiving your request.
• If Panera Bread of Northern and Central New Jersey is able
to fulfill your request you will receive a phone call
or email to coordinate the donation within 4 weeks of receiving
your request.
• Panera Bread of Northern and Central New Jersey requires
that the organization display a “Compliments of
Panera Bread” or similar sign with the product donation. An
electronic file will be provided with the donation
approval for printing by the receiving organization.
• Panera Bread of Northern and Central New Jersey reserves
the right to specify how the product is to be displayed
and handled at the event/donation.
• All decisions regarding donation requests are the sole discretion
of the Fenwick Group LLC and all decisions are final.
